Fastlatch Tubular Mortice Bathroom Lock from Union Locks.  These easy to fit bathroom mortice bolts can be fitted three times faster than more traditional latches due to the unique way they are designed, using the supplied template as a guide, a few holes are drilled into the door and the latch is inserted.  The colour options available with the Union Fastlatch dead bolt have been selected with everyone in mind wiht option of polished brass, satin nickel and polished chrome.  Union really have thought about everything when they came up with the fast latch, the latch comes supplied with either a round or square keep plate and is also supplied with a keep splinter box to give the fit of these latches a real professional look and feel.
