These particular escutcheons are fixed to door by screws located in each corner. They come supplied in three finishes and correspond with either a euro cylinder lock or a standard mortice key lock. Made by Souber Tools and available with a 65mm x 47mm size. Mortice key versions supplied complete with screws.
