IFAM CS88M Rim Dead Lock - Gate Lock

Nickel plated external rim lock from IFAM, the CS88M is a great simple lock that can be used on outside doors and gates.  This lock has a unique locking function to it, a key is used to lock and unlock the bolt from the outside, while from inside the bolt is simply move from left to right to lock and unlock, a snib can be found on the internal side of the lock case, once engaged the snib with prevent a key holder from opening the lock.  The IFAM CS88M can be fitted to a left or right hand door or gate and is supplied with 5 dimple keys.

Operation

Key is used to lock and unlock bolt from the outside.  From inside the bolt is moved by sliding the bar left or right with small knob.  Internal snib is used to hold the locking bolt in the locked or unlocked position, this also stops the keys from being used from the outside
