Top Pull MagnaLatch from D&D Technologies, a unique gate lock for metal and wooden gates that offers great child protection. The top pull MagnaLatch is designed for gates, with child safety in mind. The top pull opening knob is well out of reach of children and also incorporates a key to lock the knob and latch closed. This series 3 version of the Top Pull MagnaLatch has a unique visual indicator that shows a red dot when the lock is locked and also has an audio alarm for when the gate is left open and unlatched. The MagnaLatch part of this gate lock automatically engages the latch into the keep when the gate is closed, this stops the gate froming blowing in a wind and potentially coming of its hinges. Fitting of this Child Safety Latch is also very easy as the lock comes with full fixing instructions, once the MagnaLatch is fitted horizontal and vertical adjustments can be made to counter for any fence or gate movement or sag.
