Chubb-Yale 8K103 Locking PVCU Window Stop, ideal for sash windows.  This easy to use sash window stop is designed for UPVC windows, but can also be fitted to wooden windows.  For smaller window, it is advised to fit the 8K103 stop centrally, for larger windows two stops should be fitted to the top and bottom of the window.  Yale 8K103 window stops are supplied with fixing screws and a key, the stop is pushed to lock and then released by the key.  For fitting a drill with a 3mm drill bit is required along with a posidrive screwdrive.
