Autopa RetractaPost - Retractable Parking Bollards

Autopa RetractaPost parking bollards with integral cylinder lock or padlock. These retractable parking posts are ideal for car show rooms, car parks, shop fronts or domestic driveways, they are easy to use by simply lifting the post from the ground, then a 45 degree turn secure in place and locked.

Features

Made from mild steel round tube. Galvanised finish. Locked in raised position. Supplied with 2 keys. Sprung flap to protect post and lock whne not in use. Top loop for optional chain. Locked with integral cylinder lock. Supplied with 2 keys

It is recommended that posts are placed no further than 1,200mm apart to ensure no vehicle may pass between the raised posts. An excavated hole of approximately 900mm deep and 300mm diameter is required for installation. Provision for suitable drainage must be made (chippings or similar) at the bottom of the hole. The uppermost 3-400mm must be concrete. The lid of the post should be no more than 10mm above finished ground level. Keep the sliding post clean and occasionally lubricate the lock with Ambersil 40+ or similar. This product is guaranteed for 12 months (if installed and used correctly).

Operation

The post is raised and lowered vertically, the post is lockable in the raised position by rotating post 45 degrees and then pressing push button lock. The post is unlocked by using supplied key
