Cylinder Guard made from a hardened Steel material that surrounds exposed portion of screw in cylinder to protect from wrenching, cutting, pulling, or prying.  Used with screw in cylinders adding extra security, defending against attack. Manufactured by Adams Rite and supplied in one finish. Ideal for use with the 1850 series deadlocks.

Adams Rite MS4043 Cylinder Guard for Screw in Cylinders offer three forces of defence against attack on the cylinder. Outer shield ring is bevelled to offer poor grip for twisting. The hardened steel material combined with the bevelled shape makes obtaining a tight grip on the rim virtually impossible. The retainer plate on the back of the door prevents the cylinder being levered out.
