Ordered a ERA 863-51 5 Pin Rim Cylinder with 2 keys, I needed an extra key so ordered one too, but I received the cylinder with 4 keys, which means it came with 3 keys as standard and I paid for an extra key for nothing (not happy).
Locktrader - Sorry mistake on our site, cost of extra key has been refunded.
Price wise pretty good compared to other online retailers.
