arllen sing told us:ordered two viro cylinder locks 0731 completed order process money paid then emailed to advise refunded - price had changed.It would have been better to honour the price and supply the items. I was left with the choice re-ordering a cheaper brand or accept an almost doubling in price.I ordered cheaper items but was interested in how you picked up on price change disappointed.I feel you let yourself down. Locktrader - This is a non stock item for us, ordered in as required, this is when we found the price increase! We carry out monthly price checks, but unfortunately this product slipped through the net.
