Made by CISA, this tilting door lock kit is ideal for securing garages with tilting or up and over doors. The Body is permanently fixed to the bottom of the door and the brass retainer is permanently fixed to the ground, causing the bolt to drop into the retainer when the door is in a closed position. You can then secure with a 90 degree turn and padlock to correspond. Padlocks are sold seperately.

Operation

Kit comprises hardened steel 'drop bolt' body which is bolted permanently to the foot of the door and brass retainer which is permanently anchored to the ground. When the door is in the closed position the bolt is dropped into the brass retainer then secured with a 90 degree turn and fitting of padlock.
