CISA 06302 Roller Door Shutter Locking Kit

Roller Shutter door locking kit, comprising two main parts. The ground eye and door eye. When fitted these two eyes line up, a padlock is then used to secure both eyes. Ground eye uses a round brass cylinder and anchor which are installed into the ground. The eye is then attached to the ground anchor at floor level. The eye attached to the roller shutter uses a simple bolt fixing. When the door is closed the two eyes line up and then locked by a suitable padlock, such as a Straight Shackle Padlock. Made by CISA and can be used with any padlock with a Horizontal clearance of 35mm or above.

Operation

Kit comprises two hardened steel eyebolts and one brass retainer which is permanently anchored into the ground, flush with the surface. The threaded eyebolt is fastened permanently to the shutter section whilst the arrowhead bolt is inserted into the retainer and secured with a 90º turn. When the shutter is in the closed position the two eyes can be secured together with an appropriate padlock (not included).
