The Briton 5520 Sashcase has been discontinued.
For assured quality of design, choose the Briton 5520 Euro Sashcase. Its high security powder-coated steel construction takes a standard euro profile cylinder (supplied seperately) and comes with a choice of either a square or radius forend. The forend is manufactured from Grade 316 Stainless Steel and features a chrome plated steel latch, cast follower and a drill resistant heavy duty hardened steel deadbolt with a 22mm throw, and it is suitable for bolt through fixings. The product couldn't be any easier to install with a quick-reverse latch and bolt-through sleeved fixing holes which assist in bolt location, provide extra strength to the case and help in the prevention of mechanical failure.
This lock case is Certifire approved and tested for suitability of fire doors to EN 1634 - up to 90 minutes timber & 4 hours steel. As well as this, the 5520 is CE marked, DIN 18251 compatible, and EN 12209 compliant, with a 10 year manufacturer's guarantee giving users the ultimate peace of mind in their door security.
