Paxton 746-583 Eeasyprox battery operated keypad.  This easy to install access control lock can be by card, pin or code, simply press the power button and then enter code or present code.  The 746-583 has an anti shim plunger for increased security and can be programmed with up to 50 codes of between 4 and 8 digits.
