ian lewis told us:did not have in what i had ordered due to supplier but they rang me personally and informed me of the situation offering a full immediate refund with their sincere appologies. i declined their offer stating that i would wait until they had the order in stock. arrived sooner than expected and in perfect order. great service and personal touch was very much appreciated.
