How to place an order

1. To place and order, first find the product(s) that you require by either using the menu system on the left hand side or using the search function. 
2. Once you have located the items, select the number required from the drop down box and the click add to cart. 
3.  When you have finished adding items into your cart, click the checkout button If you are a returning customer, please enter your username and  password, if this is the first time that you have placed an online order with us, please use the new user option and create an account with us.
4. Once you are logged in, you will find a list of the items in your Cart, please check that the correct items are in your cart.  After the list of items, you will be asked to confirm the shipping address, by default the invoice and billing address are the same. 
5. Once you are happy with the shipping address, click next.  Here you will be prompted for delivery options, some weights of goods have different types of delivery, once you have selected a delivery type, click next.  
6. The next page will give you payment options, currently we offer 2 types of payment via PayPal or Purchase order for account holders, select the required payment method and click next.  If you have any special delivery requirements, please use the box on the last page, for people who are using the Purchase Order payment method, please enter your PO number in this box.
7. Click on Confirm order to place the order with us, and move onto the Paypal payment options.
