ERA 723 Safety Window Restrictor Locking - Brown Chrome Gold White

New locking window restrictor from ERA available in a White, Brown, Chrome and Gold finish to suit all styles and colour of window.  The ERA 723 window restrictor conforms to BS EN 16281:2013 making this restrictor suitable for homes with small children, the window restrictor can be locked to limit how far a window opens and thus removing the risk that a small child or pet could accidentally fall out of a window.  This window restrictor from ERA is suitable for commercial and residential applications and can be fitted to UPVC, wooden and aluminium windows.  The restrictor is also very simple to use, with a push to lock action and key to unlock.  The unit has undergone vigiorous testing and comes supplied with 2 keys and all required fixings screws.
