Irefan Valli told us:I ordered a ERA 4024-51 6 Pin Oval Key and Turn Cylinder, the quality of the metals used is good but the finishing on the machining was average as the key-face did not have a flat machined finish but more of a slope (not happy). Locktrader - Comments have been passed to manufacturer. Ordered a ERA 863-51 5 Pin Rim Cylinder with 2 keys, I needed an extra key so ordered one too, but I received the cylinder with 4 keys, which means it came with 3 keys as standard and I paid for an extra key for nothing (not happy). Locktrader - Sorry mistake on our site, cost of extra key has been refunded. Price wise pretty good compared to other online retailers.
